  • 11:00–20:00: Conference facilities available
  • 11:00: Lunch in the conference area (traditional Danish open sandwiches)
  • 16:00: Afternoon serving (Danish red sausages)
  • 16:30: Departure from Copenhagen
  • 20:30: Three-course Nordic banquet dinner

Oslo

Wednesday, 10 June 2026

  • 07:00–09:30: Breakfast before arrival
  • 10:00: Arrival in Oslo
  • 10:00–13:00: Time ashore in Oslo
  • 13:00: Boarding in Oslo
  • 13:00–14:00: Lunch in the restaurant
  • 14:00–20:00: Conference facilities available
  • 16:30: Departure from Oslo
  • 20:30: Nordic Skagerak buffet

Copenhagen

  • 07:00–09:30: Breakfast before arrival
  • 10:00: Arrival in Copenhagen

What’s included

Your Power BI Deep Dive ticket includes the following as part of the onboard experience:

  • Access to the conference facilities during scheduled conference hours
  • Three-hour deep-dive Power BI sessions across three tracks
  • Coffee, tea, mineral water, and fruit during conference hours
  • Lunches served in connection with the conference programme
  • Evening dinners as outlined in the itinerary (incl. 2 drink units and water)
  • Breakfasts onboard each morning
  • Time ashore in Oslo on Wednesday, 10 June 2026
  • Access to shared onboard areas, including lounges and deck spaces

All meals and services listed above are included only when served as part of the official event programme.

  • Boarding and re-boarding times are mandatory. Participants must be onboard before the scheduled departure times.
  • The itinerary is provided as a guide and may be subject to minor adjustments due to operational or safety considerations.
  • Conference sessions take place onboard in dedicated conference areas.
  • Internet access onboard may be limited and should not be relied upon for critical tasks.
  • Participants are responsible for complying with onboard safety instructions and crew guidance at all times.
  • Any special requirements (dietary, accessibility, or other needs) should be communicated to the organizers in advance.
