Power BI Deep Dive uses a session-based ticket model combined with onboard accommodation.
When purchasing your ticket, you select one session per time slot and choose your cabin for the duration of the event.
How ticketing works
The conference consists of three session slots, each running for three hours.
You will build your ticket by selecting:
- One session for Session Slot 1
- One session for Session Slot 2
- One session for Session Slot 3
- One cabin for your stay onboard
Each session slot is sold as a separate product, with multiple session options available per slot.
To complete a booking, you must select one option from each session slot and one cabin.
This ensures:
- Your seat is guaranteed in your chosen sessions
- Balanced group sizes across tracks
- A smooth on-site experience for everyone
Session selection
- Sessions are selected at the time of purchase
- Each session runs for three hours and is designed as a deep dive
- You attend one session per slot, for a total of three sessions
Once purchased, session selections are considered final, subject to availability.

Cabin options
Accommodation onboard is included as part of your booking.
You can choose between:
- Single standard inside cabin
- Single standard outside cabin

Your Power BI Deep Dive ticket includes:
- Three extended, three-hour Power BI deep-dive sessions
- Coffee, tea, mineral water, and fruit during conference hours
- Lunches, dinners, and breakfasts as outlined in the itinerary
- Single-occupancy cabin onboard the ship
- Time ashore in Oslo on Wednesday, 10 June 2026
- Access to shared onboard areas, lounges, and deck spaces
