These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of tickets and participation in the Power BI Deep Dive conference (“the Event”), organised by Power BI Deep Dive (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Event
Power BI Deep Dive is a ticketed conference taking place 9–11 June 2026, sailing Copenhagen → Oslo → Copenhagen. The Event includes conference sessions, networking, and related activities.
2. Ticket Purchase
All tickets are sold online through our website and/or authorised ticketing providers.
When purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:
- You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in DKK and is included applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Tickets are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
4. No Right of Withdrawal / No Refunds
Tickets for Power BI Deep Dive are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
This applies to all ticket types, including early bird and discounted tickets.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets for leisure activities taking place on a specific date, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

5. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person at no additional cost.
To request a ticket transfer, contact us at hello@powerbideepdive.com and provide:
- Your name and order details
- The name and email address of the new ticket holder
The original ticket holder remains responsible for ensuring the new holder complies with these Terms.
6. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Event, including but not limited to:
- Speakers or session content
- Schedule or programme
- Venue or itinerary
- Format or timing
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
7. Event Cancellation
If the Event is cancelled entirely and cannot be rescheduled, we will inform ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.
In such case, ticket holders will be offered either:
- A refund of the ticket price, or
- A credit/voucher of equivalent value for a future Power BI Deep Dive event
No additional compensation (e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of income) will be provided.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Strikes or labour disputes
- Acts of terrorism
- Technical failures of third-party providers
In such cases, we will communicate available options to ticket holders.
9. Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, and staff are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
Participation in the Event is subject to compliance with our Code of Conduct, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event, without refund, if they violate the Code of Conduct or engage in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
10. Liability
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Personal injury or illness
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Photography and Recording
The Event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of images or recordings in which you may appear, unless you notify us in writing prior to the Event.
12. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
